Our condominium corporation insurance programs are underwritten and supported by 2 major Canadian insurers. These programs are uniquely designed for the condominium sector and are available only through a very limited number of insurance brokers in Ontario. Each program is fully compatible with the requirements of any major mortgage lender and, in addition, surpass the quality of standard insurance products that might be available from other carriers.

Andy Schwartze completed his university training in the United States, with a Bachelor of Science degree from Ithaca College, N.Y. and an MBA in commercial law and organizational behaviour from Syracuse University, N.Y. Over the years, Andy has attended many industry related seminars and courses, including completion of the Harvard University Law School Mediation Workshop.
His career as an insurance professional includes extensive broking and consulting responsibilities, as well as the development and underwriting of specialty insurance programs and their marketing strategies. Familiarity with the U.S., European and Canadian insurance markets has enabled him to feel comfortable in the international insurance community and, as a former instructor for, and past president of, The Insurance Institute of Ontario, he is involved in the development and teaching of specialty topics to other insurance professionals.
Alan Paterson graduated from University of Toronto with a B. Comm and started work as an underwriter with a large Canadian insurance company.
Following that, he joined his father with whom he enjoyed a long and successfull partnership in a family insurance brokerage. Certificates in risk management, property casualty, and life insurance have added significantly to Alan's depth as a seasoned expert advising business owners and their families. The happily married and proud father of 3 grown children, Alan is an enthusiastic runner, and has numerous marathons and an ironman to his credit.
